Who Diana is

From Structure to Strength — A Unique Foundation

Before I ever studied the body, I studied buildings. I earned my degree in Architectural Engineering with a focus on architectural and structural design, and for five years, I worked as a construction engineer, overseeing how concrete, steel, and physics came together to create lasting structures.

What I didn't know then was that this training—reading blueprints, analyzing forces, solving for stability—would become the foundation for how I now understand the human body. The body, after all, is the most complex structure we live in. My engineering background gave me an eye for alignment, balance, and load-bearing systems—skills I now apply to human movement with precision and care.

But then, after my second child was born, everything changed...

From Despair to Hope — My Story

After giving birth to my second child, I developed a severe case of postpartum wind syndrome. My body was so cold I had to wear UGG boots and a winter coat—even in the summer. My knees were too weak to climb stairs without using my arms to pull myself up. Standing for more than ten minutes became impossible. I spent most of my days lying in bed, which only made things worse. My muscles wasted away, and with them, my strength, my energy, and eventually, my hope.

For nearly four years, I lived in constant pain—physically and emotionally. It wasn’t just my body that was suffering. My heart ached with the weight of despair. I started to wonder why I had to endure this pain at all.

And then, Pilates found me.

I had never done it before, but through a series of unexpected events, I enrolled in a Pilates instructor certification course. I had to train 4–5 hours every day. At first, I was just trying to keep up. But something extraordinary happened. Within two weeks, my body began to change. The cold that had gripped me for years was suddenly gone. I no longer needed my wrist warmers, and I no longer feared air conditioning. For the first time in years, I felt warm, alive, and whole.

That was when I realized the key to health: muscle.
Strength was the missing piece that medicine had overlooked.
Through Pilates, I didn’t just regain my body—I regained my spirit. My pain turned into power. My despair turned into purpose.

Now, my mission is clear:
To help others heal, not just in their bodies, but in their hearts.
If you’re tired, discouraged, or feel like you’ve lost yourself—I see you. And I’m here to walk with you, just as Pilates once walked with me.
